You can sink your toes into the sand or build a sandcastle on the beach. South Turtle Lake is a great fishing and recreation lake large enough to go skiing, tubing and have all kinds of water fun.

 Reel in the perfect catch of Crappies, Bluegill, Largemouth Bass and Northern Pike. You can enjoy the area events such as weekly turtle races and farmers markets.

The lakes area has plenty of fine eating establishments and golf courses, State and County Parks, Inspiration Peak (Minnesota’s 2nd highest point), historical sites, theatres, museums, gift & antique shops and horseback riding stables. Surrounding towns include Battle Lake, Henning, Perham, and Fergus Falls. 

There is adequate space between cabins that provides an atmosphere for gathering with family & friends.
